Jars of Hope

                                            Jars of Hope

Jars of Hope by Jennifer Roy is a narrative nonfiction that describes a girl and her friends and trying to help people in the ghetto. Irena is wise and has a good heart and she doesn't care about the religion of someone. She wanted to help people in the ghetto and all the war and also made Jars that let them know who they're real parents were. But there is gards everywhere and it is nerve risky because if they are cut there they are going to be killed and she doesn't know how to get people in the ghetto out of the prison. So she decides to dig a hole that will save lots of people in the ghettos another way  she helped babies out be coating them in a back of a the truck and taking them to a safe place.

One thing that I like about this book is the pictures they look like they were panted and how much delta is in the pictures. Another thing that I like about this book is even though it is short it is very descriptive and a lot of stuff happens in this book. The Many reasons I liked this book is because it is native nonfiction. I like that because it is real but it is told in a story so it is exciting. Finally, I like that in the book it starts when she is little then she grows up to be an adult. I like this because it gives you perspective about them and their life when they were kids and what they had to go through .
