“Killing a Wild Bull’
“Killing a Wild Bull’’
“Killing a Wild Bull’’ A short story in Tapu that is a realistic fiction book describes A farmer that has to go kill a wild bull for food so that he will survive. The farmer all the crops died and the only animal that was still there was the wild cow and bulls. The farmer wanted to kill the bull then sleep till he could cross the river and get back to the town. However when he went into the bush he could only see the bulls back so he had to guess where its head was and shoot. He missed the shot and the bull charged him. The farmer knew that he did not have time to reload his gun so he ran up a tree and the bull hit his ankle breaking it . The farmer knew that if hung off the branch the bull would run at him. So he hung by his feet and got out his hunting knife as the bull charged him, curled up holding the knife behind him so the bull got cut and died.
One thing that I like about this book is that it is exceptionally descriptive when he's hunting or talking about the farm. Also like the pitcher in the book because it is all hand drawn of him hunting and running from the bull. Another thing that I like is that it’s not super short or really long so it’s a perfect dissent's. The level of reading is perfect for me even now that it’s not long. The many things that I like about the book are that there is always something happening in the store.
Not too bad Dublin, but please reread your work before submitting. You do have some convention errors. Mr. H
