I survived the bombing of Pearl Harbor

    I survived the bombing of Pearl Harbor by Lauren Tarshis describes Danny's surviving the bombing. Danny is 13 and used to live in New York. He wishes he still lived there but his mom wanted to move because she thought it was too dangerous in New York. He wants to help his mom with injured soldiers. However when Danny goes to help the soldiers after the first bombing the second group of bombers come. So Danny tries to run away from the shooting. Then an army man covers him up and puts them against the wall so if one was coming for them it would hit him and not Danny.


Danny has some Interesting character traits. Danny is helpful. An example is he tries to help injured soldiers from the bombing. He also helps Kiki when he is getting attacked by a wild pig. Danny is brave. When the first bombing happened he helped bring Kiki to safety then went out to help the soldiers. As you can tell Danny has some amazing character traits.
