Big Nate Payback Time describes Nate getting paid back on some of his boys and Mrs. Godfrey. First Nate tries to get revenge on one of the boys when he was younger for drawing a mustache on him. So he wrote a letter in a girl 's handwriting and put it on the boy's locker and told him to go to one and told the password. When the bully opened the door got punched by an automatic hand that  Nate built to punch him when he opened the door. How he gets revenge on Mrs. Godfrey is he gets a yo-yo. He swings the yo-yo in a circle as fast as he can as Godfrey walks by and hits her directly in the face.

First I think that it is funny when they get their revenge on Mrs. Godfrey and the bullies. Next I like the drawings and the jokes and I also like the storyline of it. Another thing that I like about this Big Nate is that it tells what happens in school and it also goes through the end of school. Next year it doesn't feel so boring because they're not just in school the entire time. That's one reason that I like Big Nate. If I was going to rate this book out of ten I would rate it a nine because it is really funny but there were less jokes than I would hope for.
